Returns & Refunds
Each item is made to order, for this reason, orders are not refundable or returnable once shipped. All orders are refundable only if it is processed before the item is shipped. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, so please cancel before then to receive a refund. For any questions, please contact: info@stoneridgebooks.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
